Terms and Conditions for the Business Breakthrough Guarantee Promotion

Eligibility for the Guarantee:

a. To qualify for a refund through the “Business Breakthrough Guarantee Program ("Program"), participants must enroll in the home service masterclasses ("Course") offered by Home Service U, hereinafter referred to as the "Instructor." Participants must fully adhere to the following conditions, and have failed to generate $995 in revenue in their first 60 days after joining the program.

Requirements:

1. Door-to-Door Requirement:

a. Participants must engage in door-to-door marketing activities for a minimum of 64 hours in total over the course of 60 days, at a rate of at least 8 hours per week.

b. Participants are required to track their door-to-door hours using the Strava or Nike Run app and provide proof of these hours upon request.

c. Alternatively, participants may choose to invest a minimum of $1,000 in Facebook and/or Google advertising campaigns as part of their marketing strategy.

d. Participants must provide proof of their advertising expenses, including access to their advertising accounts, upon request.

3. Program Evaluation:

a. To request a refund under the Program, participants must submit a written request to team@homeserviceu.io within 60 days of their purchase date. The request must include documented proof of meeting the conditions outlined above.

4. Refund Process:

a. If, after thorough evaluation, it is determined that the participant has met all the Program conditions and has not generated at least $995 in revenue in the first 60 days after their date of purchase, the participant will be eligible for a refund

b. The refund will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval and will cover the full amount paid for the Course.

5. Agreement:

a. By enrolling in the Course and participating in the Program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

b. Participants also understand that any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of facts, or failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Program.

 

 

7. Confidentiality:

 Any information you share during the coaching process will be strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or sensitive information to any third parties without your consent. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make available any information about our coaching methods, materials, or content without our prior written consent. Payments are non-refundable. By enrolling in the Home Service U you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

 

 

8. Term:

The purchase of this Home Service University package includes access to the bundle of home service masterclasses for a period of 12 (twelve) months
